2/3 c. brown sugar
3 c. rhubarb, cut up
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. crisco or oleo
1 egg
pinch of salt
1 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar and rhubarb together and spread in an 8x8 generously buttered pan. Mix together sugar, crisco/oleo, egg, salt, flour, baking powder and milk. Pour over rhubarb. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. If you double recipe, put in a 9x13 pan.
