1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 15 oz. spaghetti sauce
1 tube crescent rolls
8 oz. sour cream
6 slices of Swiss cheese
6 slices of mozzarella cheese
2 T. oleo
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
salt and peper
garlic salt, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, salt, pepper, onions and green peppers. Drain. Add the spaghetti sauce. Put meat mixture in a 8x10 dish or 2 qt. casserole dish. Spread the sour cream over meat, then cheeses. Roll out or pat crescent rolls and place over the cheese. Pour the melted oleo over the rolls and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
