2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. melted margarine
1 bag chocolate chips
12 oz. caramel topping

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, soda, and margarine. Press half of mixture in greased 9x13" pan and bake 10 minutes at 350. Sprinkle chocolate chips over baked crust. Pour caramel topping over and sprinkle remaining crust over top. Bake 18-20 minutes longer.
