4 Tbs. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 c. powdered milk (remcommended: Carnation)

Directions:
Directions:
Using an electric mixer, blend together the boiling water, butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add powdered milk and blend until thick. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
