1 c. - mayonnaise
1 c. - hot water
1 tsp. - vanilla
2 c. - flour
1 c. - sugar
2 tsp. - soda
4 T. - cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 3 ingredients well. Then add alternately the flour, sugar, soda, & cocoa. Bake in 9 x 13 greased & floured pan at 350 until done. Test with toothpick after about 35 minutes. Cool and frost.
