1/3 c. - butter
1/3 c. - sugar
1 - egg
1 c. - flour

2/3 c. - sugar
2 T. - flour
3 - eggs
c. - sour cream
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. - cream cheese
1 c. - apples, peeled & chopped
tsp. - cinnamon
c. - caramel sauce
c. - pecans , chopped

CRUST: Combine butter and sugar until fluffy. Blend in egg. Add flour and mix well. Press dough into bottom and sides of 9 in. spring form pan. Bake at 450 for 10 min.

FILLING: Combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, and flour at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs one at a time until well blended. Blend in sour cream. Toss apples in remaining sugar and cinnamon. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour over crust. Swirl cup caramel topping into cream cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool before removing from pan. Chill. Top with remaining topping and pecans.
