3 c. Cooked Rice
3 c. Milk
1 stick Margarine
3/4 c. Sugar or to taste
3 Eggs. Separated
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 can Crushed Pineapple (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice, milk and margarine and cook till thickened. Beat Egg Yolks and stir in some heated rice mixture, then add the egg mixture to the rice and milk mixture. Heat well and put in large casserole dish.
Make Meringue with the 3 egg Whites and spread on top of rice. Bake at 375 until golden brown.
