2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter or margarine 2 tsp. baking powder pinch of salt 1 egg 1/2 c. milk 1 can cherry pie filling (any filling will do)
Mix dry ingredients and save 1/2 c. mix. Mix in butter, egg and milk in with dry ingredients and put in a 9x13 pan. Spread pie filling over batter and then sprinkle with 1/2 c. remaining dry mix. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
