Ingredients:  
root vegtables, ie. potatoes, carrots, turnips, etc.
fresh fish of choice
1 bunch of fresh kale
brown mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and boil root vegtables until fork done. Empty some water
from the pot so water level is about an inch or so below the
vegtables. Put a couple of layers of washed kale on top of
vegtables then add fish. Cover and steam until fish is done.
Ladle juice from the pot and mix with mustard to make a sauce.
Serve fish on top of kale with vegtables around. Pour sauce
over.
