"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

1 (20oz.) frozen broccoli, chopped or florets 4 c. cubed cooked chicken 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1/2 c mayonnaise 1/2c sour cream 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp curry powder 1/2 c shredded sharp cheese 1 Tbsp butter 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Arrange thawed and drained broccoli in greased 13 x 9 inch dish. Place chicken on top. Combine soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350º for 25 - 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
Most Chicken Divan recipes call for 1 cup of mayo, but Mom doesn't like so much mayo so she cut it in half and substituted sour cream. It's delicious!
