6 large tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
2 sweet peppers, chopped
3 hot peppers, chopped
1 C vinegar
1/4 C sugar
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch tomatoes, peel, core, and chop finely. Heat vinegar,
sugar and salt. Add chopped vegtables and bring to boil, reduce
heat and cook to consistancy you like. Seal in jars.
