6 center cut pork chops 2 T oil 1 lg can sliced pinapple (reserve juice) 1 C brown sugar l med. bell pepper Salt and pepper to taste
Brown pork chops in oil, season with salt and pepper. Place browned chops in a 2 qt. casserole. Layer with pinapple and bell pepper. Sprinkle on brown sugar, add reserved pineapple juice. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
