1 1/2 -2 lb ground beef
2-3 cans kidney beans,drained ( I use dark & light red)
2 can mild chili beans w/sauce
1 can hot chili beans w/sauce
1 small onion, diced
1 small zucchini, diced
1 small carrot, sliced
1/2 green pepper, diced
2 small cans sliced mushrooms
4 cans diced tomatoes
hot sauce, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large pot and cook on med until comes to boil, then simmer.

Serve with crackers, over rice, over potato, over spaghetti plain. We also like to add cheese.

You can also cut down the recipe for smaller batches or freeze in a bowl for later use.
