1 package Tortillas (dice and fry)
3/4 gallon Chicken Stock
1 lb. Butter
8 oz. Flour
1 qt. Milk, hot
1 sm. can Green chillies
1 lg. can Rotel Tomatoes
2 chopped cooked chicken breasts
1 T. Salt
1 T. Pepper
1 lb. Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large stock pot bring to boil chicken stock. In a small sauce pan melt butter and stir in flour, cook for 2 minutes to make a Roux. Combine chicken stock and roux, stir until thickened. Add all the rest of the ingredient, except cheese and tortillas, stirring. Remove from heat, add cheese. Serve with dice and fried Tortillas.
