2 C. Whole Pecans 2 Egg Whites 1 C. Granulated Sugar 1/2 C. Real Butter 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
In a glass baking dish melt butter in 325% oven. Beat egg whites until stiff and forms peaks. Add sugar to stiff egg whites. Combine sugar mixture to nuts. Stir in melted butter. Bake in 325% oven for 30 to 45 minutes, until golden brown - stirring every 5 to 10 minutes. Turn out on wax paper.
