1 C. Shortening
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 C. Peanut butter
2 tsp. Baking Soda
3 C. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly cream shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Stir in peanut butter. Sift dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with back of floured fork to make criscross. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
