Ground Beef (Very fresh, no leaner than 80%)
Onion
Salt and Pepper
Egg (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly toast a slice of bread. Spread thickly with the raw ground beef. Top with very thinly sliced onion, and season with salt and pepper.

Enjoy.
