1 lb. ground beed
1/2 c. raw rice
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 t. salt
2 T oil
2 8oz. cans tomato sauce
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, rice, onions, and seasonings.
Form into small balls Fry in hot oil, turning often. Add tomato sauce and watrer.
Mix well.
Cover and simmer about 45 mins.
