1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 cup margerine
3 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 14 oz. can condensed milk
3 eggs
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
1 tsp. (or more) grated orange rind

1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 tsp. orange zest

Directions:
Directions:
Prehear oven to 300 degrees. Combine crumbs and margerine; press firmly into the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan. In large bowl beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add thawed and undiluted orange juice concentrate, eggs, and grated orange rind and mix well. Pour into prepared pan and bake 1 hour or until cake springs back when touched lightly. Cool on rack.
Orange Glaze: Mix sugar, cornstarch, orange juice, and orange zest and cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Let cool slightly and pour over cheesecake. Chill thoroughly and refrigerate leftovers.
