6 cups French bread cubes
3/4 cup raisins
3 eggs, beaten
1 can condensed milk-14 oz.
2 tbsp. butter or oleo
1 tbsp, grated orange rind
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 cups hot water
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put bread (approx. 8 oz.) and raisins in buttered 9 inch baking pan or dish. Mix together eggs, condensed milk (Eagle Brand), hot water, melted butter, zest, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour evenly over bread, moistening completely. Bake 40 minutes until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
For sauce: Combine orange juice, sugar, and cornstarch and cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened and bubbly. Serve over warm bread pudding.
