6 cups fresh rhubarb, chopped
2 cups white sugar
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrated, thawed
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrated, thawed
1 cup gin (optional)
3 cups water (use water from rhubarb in this measurement, see directions)
2 liter bottle lemon-lime soda, chilled

Directions:
Directions:
Place rhubarb in large sauce pan with water to cover. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook until tender. Drain, reserving juice to include in the 3 cups of water above and mash or puree rhubarb in blender. Stir together the puree, sugar, orange & lemonade concentrates, gin and water/rhubarb juice. Freeze.
To serve, place scoops of the frozen mixture in serving glasses and fill with lemon-lime soda & ice as desired.
