Directions:
Lightly bread your pork chops in flour and season salts. Then brown in a fry pan with butter. Brown both sides. In a 9"x13" pan layer thinly sliced yellow potaotes and rings of the onion slices. Place chops on top of potatoes then add onion on top and place some remaining potatoes around the chops. Pour sauce over pork chops and cook at 350 until potatoes are cooked. This is the trick to cook the potatoes through. So slice them thin. Cooking time is about 1 hours.
