1 Chicken, cut-up or the equivalent in chosen chicken pieces,
1 cup uncooked rice,
1 can cream of chicken soup,
1 stick butter
1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Mix soup with water to make 2 and 1/4 cups of liquid. Spread rice over the melted butter. Mix a small amount of the liquid with rice to moisten it. Layer chicken pieces over rice. Pour remainder of the liquid over all. Sprinkle 1 pkg. of dry soup mix over all. Cover and bake until all moisture is absorbed and rice is done.
