1 C butter (melted) 2 C peanut butter 1 teas vanilla 1/2 teas salt (optional) 1 1/2 lbs powdered sugar Chocolate Bark
In a large bowl mix melted butter, peanut butter, vanilla and salt. Add powdered sugar. Form into 1 inch balls. Chill for 1 to 2 hours. Melt chocolate bark and dip balls into melted bark. Set on wax paper until chocolate is set.
