1 cauliflower - broken into florets
2 cups milk
1 large carrot - shredded
3/4 tsp salt
2 large celery sticks - sliced (1/2c.)
1/8 tsp pepper
2 1/2 cups water
2 Tbs cornstarch
1 Tbs chicken soup base ( 1 tsp bouillon)
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
8 oz Velveeta cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the cauliflower, carrots, celery, water and soup base for ~ 12 minutes. Mix the remaining ingredients in a blender. Add to the cooked ingredients and bring just to a simmer. Do not boil.
