2 pounds raw spinach
1 head cauliflower buds
1 can pimento
Bermuda or red onion slices (one onion)


Dressing:

2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1 cup vinegar
2 tsp celery seed
2 cups salad oil

Directions:

Cook sugar and vinegar until it bubbles, let cool and beat in rest of ingredients. Chill and toss with salad
