1 (28 oz) can pumpkin
1 (13 oz) evaporated milk
1 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs
1 tsp ginger
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 yellow cake mix
1 c. melted margarine
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients except margarine, cake mix and nuts. Pour into ungreased 9 X 13 in pan. Sprinkle cake mix over the top of mixed ingredients. Pour melted margarine over the cake mix. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake 350ºF for 60 - 70 minutes. When cool top with Cool Whip© and serve. (Also good with ice cream)
