4 cup fresh broccoli florettes 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup raisins 3 tbs. vinegar 1/2 cup chopped red onions 1/4 cup sugar l/2 cup lightly salted peanuts
Cut top of broccoli in small florettes. Add raisins, onions and peanuts. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar until smooth. Refrigerate dressing and broccoli mixture separately. One hour before serving pour dressing over broccoli mixture.
