1 peck (8 quarts) tomatoes
2 cups brown sugar
6 large onions - chopped
1 tsp cloves
6 large green peppers - chopped
1 tsp allspice
3 cups vinegar
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over tomatoes, peel, core, and cut up into a large heavy bottom pot. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook till thickened, (at least 3 hours). Ladle into hot sterilized pint jars and seal.
