3 boxes instant Jambalaya Mix by Zaterins
Cajan andouille sausage
skinless, boneless chicken breasts
(one lb. meat for each box. Can be chicken, shrimp, or sausage)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Saute in oil. Cook rice, add chicken. Put sausage into boiling rice mix. Sausage does not have to be cooked.
