cup butter;
3-4 cloves minced garlic,
1/3 cup minced parsley,
teaspoon paprika,
dash of cayenne and
cup dry white wine (or vermouth)
teaspoon salt
2 cups homemade bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter. Add garlic, parsley, parika, cayeene pepper and white wine/vermouth and salt. Boil it down a bit so that crumbs are not overly soggy. Add the breadcrumbs and mix well. Place 2 cups cleaned cooked shrimp in a 12" * 7" * 2" buttered baking dish. Spread butter-bread-mixture over them. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 25 minutes until the crumbs are browned. Sprinkle with more snipped parsley.
