2 c. chicken stock or consomme
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp.soy sauce
1/4 tsp.salt
1 thinly sliced green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Heat chicken stock to boiling, dribble egg gradually into stock, stirring constantly. Do not add salt if you use consomme.
