Chicken 1lb to 2 lbs.
1/4 cup of margarine
2 chicken bouillon
1/2 cup of flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 and 1/2 cups of shredded cheese
couple of shakes of worcestershire sauce (or 1 tsp.)
broccoli
white rice

Directions:
Directions:
steam broccoli until tender
cut chicken into tender or small cutlet size pieces put in dish
melt margarine, flour and salt until bubbly
gradually stir in bouillon until smooth. Stir over low heat. Stir in cheese until melted
Place chicken in a pyrex dish (lasagna dish works great ) place broccoli pieces over chicken. Pour sauce over top, bake covered @ 400 for 20 minutes. Serve with white rice.
