15 oz. can white corn or hominy drained 15 oz. can black eye peas drained 15 oz. can black beans drained 1/2 cup onion chopped 1/2 cup green pepper chopped 1/2 cup red pepper chopped 2 tomatoes chopped jalapeno pepper (to taste) chopped Italian dressing
Mix well and chill overnight. Serve with nacho chips
