3 large eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 onion, chopped
1 c. shredded swiss cheese
1/2 c. ham or bacon
mushrooms, sliced (*optional*)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place all ingredients except cheese, meat and mushrooms in a blender and blend about 1 minute. Pour mixture into a greased 9- or 10-inch pie plate or quiche pan. Sprinkle cheese, meat and mushrooms on mixture and push below the surface with the back of a spoon. Bake for 45 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes before cutting.

I got this recipe from my mom and made it to impress my in-laws! Well, apparantly it worked...my mother-in-law, Patty, makes it regularly and I now understand that it's made it's way to Aunt Grace's breakfast table too!
