1/2 c. tomato sauce,
1/2 c. bread crumbs,
1/4 c. onion,
1/4 c. green pepper,
salt,
1 lb. hamburg,
oregano
1 1/3 c. uncooked minute rice
1c. water,
1/2 c. tomato sauce,
1/2 c. grated cheese (reserve 1/4 c)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together:
1/2 c. tomato sauce & bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, salt and hamburg. Press this into a pie plate as a 'crust'.
Combine rice, water, rest of tomato sauce, & 1/4 c. grated cheese (I use Parmesan sometimes). This is the filling and is poured into the 'crust'.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes covered. Uncover, add rest of cheese to the top and cook 15 more minutes.
