4 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. Parmesan cheese
4 c. dry Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
8 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. melted butter
2 large onions - chopped
2 garlic cloves - chopped
1 tsp. thyme

Directions:

Cook and drain spinach well (squeeze). Mix together thoroughly and form into balls. Chill at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Bake on cookie sheet 30 min. at 300F.
