1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, rice, onion, salt and pepper; form into balls. Mix soup and water in a pressure cooker or regular pan. Put meatballs in; cover. If using pressure cooker, set control at 10 and cook for ten minutes after control jiggles. Cool pan normally for five minutes, then place under faucet. If using regular pan, cook until meatballs are done.
