2 lbs squash 1 chopped onion 1/2 pt. sour cream 1 stick butter 1 finely chopped carrot 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pk. Peppridge Farm Herb seasoned dressing mix (dry)
Mix melted butter with dressing mix and put 1/2 of it in a greased pan. Mix other ingredients separately and pour on top of dressing mixture. Top with rest of dressing mixture. Bake at 350º for about 30 mins. Top will brown.
