1 bag powdered sugar
1 egg white, unbeaten
1 T cream
1 heaping T soft butter or shortening
3 drops oil of peppermint
Few drops of food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and add choice of food coloring for color.
Form balls with a fork dipped in corn starch and place on waxed
paper. Let stand overnight.
