2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 c cold milk
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 1/2 c hot milk
1 c dairy sour cream
2 tbsp tarragon vinegar
2 tbsp salad dressing
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 c chopped celery
1/4 c chopped pimiento
1 1/2 c finely chopped cooked chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in cold milk. Dissolve bouillon cube in heated milk; add gelatin and stir until it melts. Place over low heat, if necessary, to melt gelatin. Cool mixture until it starts to set.

Stir in sour cream, vinegar, salad dressing and salt. Fold in celery, pimiento and chicken. Pour into oiled 4 1/2 c salad mold. Chill until firm.
