1 12 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels ½ c. butter 2 c. brown sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/8 c. flour 2 tsp. Baking Powder 1 ½ tsp. salt 1 c. chopped nuts.
Melt morsels and butter. Remove from heat and add brown sugar. Cool. Stir eggs & vanilla. Sift together and stir in: flour, B.P., salt. Fold in nuts. Bake in large sheet pan at 350 degrees for 25 min. Spread with caramel icing.
