4 C cooked chicken,diced
1 C rice cooked in chicken broth
1/2 C water chestnuts, sliced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 C mayo
1/2 C celery, diced
4 hard boiled eggs, diced
2 C potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except potato chips. Pour into greased
baking dish. Sprinkle with chips and bake uncovered for 30-40
mins. at 350.
