Grease and flour a 11" x 17" sheet pan. Sift together flour and
sugar (set aside). In a sauce pan put butter, oil, cocoa, water,
and bring to a boil. Pour over sugar mixture, mix well, then add
remaining cake ingredients mixing well. Put in sheet pan and
bake 20 minutes at 375º. 5 minutes before the cake is done start
the icing. Bring to boil butter cocoa and milk and remove from
heat. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and nuts. Pour over hot
cake as it comes from the oven.
