1 Pkg. ground meat (I use turkey) cooked
2 Red peppers diced
1 Green pepper diced
1 Large onion diced
1 Can corn kernels
1 28 oz. Can diced tomatoes
1 Pkg. Chili seasoning mix (Old El Paso is the best)
1 15.5 oz. Can black beans
1 15.5 oz. Can pinto beans
1 15.5 oz. Can red kidney beans
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 Cup water
4 Cloves minced garlic
Cilantro for garnish

Cook meat and set aside. Heat olive oil in bottom of large pan. Add garlic and onion. Add peppers and cook until they begin to soften. Add tomatoes, corn, beans, seasoning, and meat. Simmer 25 minutes. Add water to thin if desired. Simmer another 15 minutes. Serve.
