1 Head Broccoli crowns chopped
2 Bunches Broccoli Rabe chopped
1 LB Penne
1/4 C. Olive Oil (you may need to add more)
5 Cloves Garlic minced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Parm. Cheese to taste
Red Pepper Flakes to taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions. Heat olive oil in skillet or wok. Add garlic and red pepper flaes (optional) and cook until garlic starts to brown. Add broccoli crowns and broccoli rabe and cook until tender. Season with salt, pepper, and parm. cheese. Mix pasta with greens and serve.
