"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1 qt ziplock freezer bag per person 2 large or extra eggs (no more than 2!) Salt and Pepper Whatever you desire in your omelet (american or velveeta cheese works best)
If you add a little butter, melt first
Put your name on ziplock with permanent marker Put out a variety of ingredients Put 2 eggs in ziploc & shake to combine them Add ingredients to ziplock & shake to mix Make sure to get air out of bag & seal Set in pot of boiling water for exactly 13 minutes 6-8 bags will usually fit in large pot Remove from pot, open & put on a plate
I received this recipe via email. I have not tried it personally, but my coworker did it and said they came out perfectly. Would be lots of fun for a (little or big) kid's sleepover.
