2# fryer pieces
salt and pepper
1 (8oz) can sliced pineapple
3/8 cup heinz 57 sauce
2 tbsp honey

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 400 oven for 30 mins. Drain pineapple & reserve 2 tbsp juice. Combine juice, 57 sauce and honey. Pour over chicken. Bake 25 mins longer. Arrange pineapple over chicken. Bake 10 mins longer.

The actual name of this recipe is "Hawaiian Chicken", however when Brandon ( my grandson) was younger, he always called it Wokki Chicken, and for some reason, that is what it will always be called.
