1 can (160 gr) salmon
1 8 oz.(250 ml) cream cheese (not soft spread)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. finely chopped onions
2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (Tobasco)
1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. dried parsley

Chill for several hours. Form into a ball and roll in nuts and parsley to coat. Serve with crackers.
