2 tbsp. oil
2 lbs. (1kg) ground beef
2 c. chopped onions
4 cloves garlic
3 1/2 c. kidney, pinto or black beans
1 28 oz. can tomatoes
1 3/4 c. salsa
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. diced green chilis (4 oz. can)
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 or 2 tbsp. diced jalapenos
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. oregano
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onions and garlic until no longer pink. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover. Stir frequently, for 1 hour.
